On Oct. 12, 2011, Richard Pinon Jr. met his loving Savior Jesus face to face. Visitation services will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, 2011, from at Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2011 at the First Assembly of God of Huntsville. There will be a private burial.

He was born in Dixon, Ill. on Feb. 29, 1972, to Richard Pinon Sr. and Pamela Sue Lemmer Pinon. Richard attended New Caney High School. He worked at Weatherford International as a machinist. His home church was First Assembly of God of Huntsville, Texas. Rich was a diehard Steelers fan, loving all Pittsburgh teams. He was a great athlete that also enjoyed watching sports, playing golf, fishing, playing cards, and always joking around. He loved his two dogs, Haley and Abby, but most of all, he loved his three children more than anything. Richard lived out loud.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Pinon Sr., and his maternal grandfather Leroy Lemmer. Survivors include wife, Lori Lynn Bilski Pinon; daughters, Amanda Marie Brown of Humble, Texas, Alexis Dawn Denise Pinon, and son Richard Thomas Pinon III of Huntsville Texas; parents, Pam and Tom Churin of Huntsville; grandmother Patricia Lemmer of Huntsville; aunts and uncles of Huntsville, Debora Lemmer, Cindy and Jack Goodwin, Lori and James Hankins; aunts and uncles from Illinois, Bill and Mary Lemmer, Marty and  Brenda Lemmer, Steve and LeeAnn Lemmer, Sandy and  Kevin Brown; as well as numerous cousins and friends.

To know Richard was to love him.
