Park completed with help from community
The City of Huntsville Parks and Leisure Department, along with KABOOM! and The Powell Foundation, celebrated a successful week of construction at the Emancipation Park on MLK Boulevard during Spring Break. The hard work of staff and volunteers was culminated with a ribbon cutting held at the park on Friday, March 17.
