Parks-Meeks Wedding

Catherine Kindel Meeks and Randell Kyle Parks, both of Fort Worth, were united in marriage May 26, 2007, at six o'clock in the evening at University Christian Church. Dr. Alan Lobaugh officiated. A reception followed at the Petroleum Club. The groom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner Friday evening at Lonesome Dove Western Bistro.

The bride is the daughter of Carol Flack of Fort Worth and Larry and Carolyn Meeks of Sugarland. She is the granddaughter of the late Albert and Phyllis Kindel of Houston and the late Wayne and Sue Meeks of Fort Worth. The groom is the son of Mike and Kay Parks of Fort Worth. He is the grandson of the late L.J. and Eldris Caldwell of Cleburne and Earl and Mary Lee Parks of Azle.

The bride was given in marriage by her father.

Matron of honor was Jennifer McLain of Fort Worth. Bridesmaids were Jill Franklin, Laura Bailey, Leslie Webster, Mary Beth Tekell all of Fort Worth and Robbi Flack of Huntsville. Flower girl was Brooke Franklin. Paige Latham and Amy James made up the house party. The groom's best man was his brother Keith Parks of Fort Worth. Keith Franklin, Sean Arena, Klayton Hartley, Eric Zimmerman all of Fort Worth, Cameron Reeves of Frisco and Doug Copeland of Monterrey, Calif. served as groomsmen. Johnny Latham, Burch Baggett, Justin Vahrenkamp, Justin Jinright, Brent Allan and Abel Turner were ushers.

The bride is a 1999 graduate of Texas Christian University and is employed by Ben E. Keith Foods. The groom is a 2000 graduate of Texas Christian University and is self employed.

The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and resides in Fort Worth.
