Jean Bayne McLean

Mrs. Jean Bayne McLean, age 86, of Huntsville, formerly of Crockett, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at her residence.  She was born February 24, 1926 in Best, Texas and had lived the past 13 years in Huntsville, previously living 32 years in Crockett.   Mrs. McLean was a past member of the Pilots Club and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Huntsville.  She was retired having worked for Allee’s Jewelry in Crockett.

Survivors include sons, Bill Bayne and wife, Susan of Spring, John Bayne and wife, Kay of Huntsville, Jim Bayne and wife, Cindy of Katy; grandchildren, William Bayne of Spring, Brian Bayne of Houston, Emily Bayne Harrington and husband, Eddie of Natchitoches, John Clyde Bayne and wife, Melissa of Houston, Cody Bayne and fiancée, Miranda of Houston, Jamie Bayne Warren and husband, Aaron of Deer Park, Caroline Bayne of Katy, Sarah Bayne of Katy, Joe Bayne of Katy; great-grandchildren, Cooper Bayne of Houston and Jenna Bayne of Houston.  Preceded in death by husband, Lt. Col. William D. Bayne and husband, Will McLean.

Funeral services for Mrs. Jean Bayne McLean will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in the Callaway-Allee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jim Tom Ainsworth officiating.  Interment will follow in the Evergreen Memorial Park.  Family will receive friends Friday evening beginning at 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, P.O.
