Steven C. Walker

Steven C. Walker passed away on Oct. 24, 2009.

A native of Selma, Ala., Mr. Walker was a disabled veteran who fought with courage and distinction in the Vietnam War. Walker served with the Sea Wolves, an elite Navy unit whose primary mission was search and rescue. As a door gunner and crew chief aboard combat helicopters, Walker received numerous awards and citations for his valor.

Steven Walker is survived by a daughter, Whitney Bouldin of Albertville, Ala; a daughter, Lauren Langley of Huntsville; a granddaughter, Cheyenne Langley of Huntsville; and a brother, David Walker of Wetumpka, Ala.
