Mr. and Mrs. William Barrett are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Barrett, to Bryan Solomon. Courtney is the granddaughter of Ikey and the late Melba Barrett of Montgomery, Texas and Billy and Eunice Rogers of Huntsville. She is the great-granddaughter of Lorena and the late Gene Simonton of Huntsville.
Bryan is the son of the late Candy Solomon and James and Amanda Solomon of Montgomery, Texas. He is the grandson of Faye Solomon, also of Montgomery.
The wedding is planned for the spring of 2008.
