HUNTSVILLE — 2012 Walker County CPS Cheer Club Wish List


Children’s Protective Services and The Huntsville Item

are proud to sponsor the 2012 Annual Christmas Cheer Club.

The Huntsville Item has joined hands with the Children’s Protective Services Board to help

ensure that the county’s protective children have a Merry Christmas! With Your Help, Dreams Really Do Come True!!

Below is a list of children & their Christmas Wishes. Huntsville area residents can help by selecting a child and purchasing one or more of the gifts listed. Cash and/or checks made payable to: Children’s Protective Services, P.O. Box 976, Huntsville, TX 77342-0976 will be placed in a special fund to be used as needed for completing the children’s wish list.


Once you have chosen your child, bring the unwrapped gift along with the child’s “gift tag” from the paper to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, 2507 Lake Road Suite B, Monday-Friday 9-3.  If you bring in multiple gifts, please put them into a large trash bag & label the outside of the bag w/the child’s number on the bag. Remember once you have selected a child, it’s very important to call & let us know which gift or gifts you plan to provide so they can be marked off the list. Do Not Wrap Gifts - put in a bag with the child’s “letter” on the outside of the package. • All gifts must be delivered by  Friday, December 7.
